The Hoshizaki IM-240PE-E-23 is a high capacity, self-contained cube ice maker designed for busy commercial environments needing a reliable supply of clear, consistent ice. Producing up to 180kg of medium 23g ice cubes per 24 hours, this EliteCUBE model is ideal for bars, restaurants, hotels, leisure venues and other high-demand catering sites.

This air cooled model includes Hoshizaki’s UV-C sanitisation system, which uses UV light flashes to help reduce contamination within the water tank and standing water. It also features an integrated internal drain pump, giving greater flexibility when positioning the ice maker. The drain pump allows installation within a distance of up to 10 metres and a height of up to 1.5 metres.

The IM-240PE-E-23 is built for consistent ice quality, using a smart magnetic DC pump motor with variable speed to adjust the water flow during different phases of the ice-making process. This helps reduce the risk of chipped or cloudy cubes, while Hoshizaki’s closed cell system forms each cube individually for a clear, solid finish.

With a built-in 110kg storage bin, stainless steel and galvanised steel exterior, and automated cleaning features, this self-contained ice maker is well suited to sites with high daily ice usage. It also benefits from water circuit and condenser cleaning notifications, removable water tank and pump components, adjustable dimple size and efficient insulation to support day-to-day operation and maintenance.
