Part of Hoshizaki’s IM UltraCUBE range, the IM-240PE-U includes enhanced hygiene features such as UV-C sanitisation and automated cleaning. Its closed water circuit helps protect the ice-making process from contamination, while the UV cleaning mechanism uses UV-light flashes to help inhibit contamination in the water tank and standing water.

The smart water flow system adjusts during different stages of the ice-making process, helping to prevent chipped or cloudy cubes and supporting Hoshizaki’s renowned ice quality.
