The smallest model of its type available, this compact Lincat Single Tank Fryer would fit well in a smaller kitchen or in establishments that do not place fried meals as their primary food. The machine removes the hassle of attaching and piping an external drain thanks to an inboard oil drainage system, saving you and your staff time and effort. An inclined base to drain excess oil from food alongside a highly accurate thermostat gives you precise control over the cooking process, resulting in crisper, more appetising meals.
