A stainless steel constructed Twin Tank Fryer which is quick and simple to operate. The fryer has an accurate close tolerance thermostat which offers consistent results. A hinged lift out element with a safety interlock for easy tank access and cleaning. For safety and stability supplied with front legs and rear castors. The /OP2 version for twin tank fryers has two oil pumps and two buckets, which is designed to remove cross contamination of the oil from either side of the fryer.
