With a well-deserved reputation for reliability and performance, the Blodgett Mark V-1 convection oven gives you the capacity you need to roast, bake and reheat huge volumes quickly. Ideal for bakeries, event venues and other mass catering sites, the Blodgett offers a truly impressive output, with space for up to 22 trays throughout the two oven sections. And once service is over, the whole unit is easy to clean, thanks to its strong stainless steel construction and porcelainised interior.
