Designed to provide maximum productivity and functionality to your kitchen, the Blodgett Zephaire E features three tubular heaters, and a two-speed convection motor with automatic thermal overload protection, to ensure heat is distributed evenly throughout the oven, delivering consistently excellent results. The unit’s solid state mechanical controls and 60 minute electric timer with buzzer offer ease of use, and the five chrome plated racks and eleven rack positions offer high production volume and customisation, and ensure you are getting the best out of your oven. The Zephaire’s double sided porcelainised baking compartment liner and stainless steel exterior save you a considerable amount of time when cleaning.
