The Halcyon ICE45 Ice Maker uses a spray system that minimises scaling and produces separate cubes of crystal clear ice which are slow melting and capable of operating in ambient temperatures of between 5°C and 43°C. To produce ice of good quality all machines must have water softeners fitted to the water supply and must be of sufficient capacity and maintained in good order, available from the cross sells below. Optimum ice production is at an ambient temperature of 21°C, higher temperatures will dramatically reduce ice production.For maximum production at high ambient temperatures all models are available as water cooled versions at no additional cost, if this is of interest please call to discuss your requirements.
