Our aluminium pots are: NOT Induction compatible, but are very good heat conductors with fast heat up and cool down times & relatively light weight.

Our stainless steel pots are: Induction compatible, very hard wearing, suitable for acidic ingredients and hold heat well which is ideal for long cook times.
