Heavy duty hard chrome plated griddle by Lincat, with machined steel covered dual heat zones controlled thermostatically and independently. Reduces heat radiated out to work area which reduces the power required. The removable fat drainer drawer makes it easy to clean after and in-between use and this griddle can be suited with other Silverlink 600 items.
