Its 26 hour timer means you can simply set it and forget it as the unit will automatically turn off when the set time is complete.

Equipped with an adjustable thermostat ranging from 40ºC to 74ºC.
The temperature range is low enough to preserve active enzymes in fruits and vegetables but high enough to meet safety standards for dehydrating meat for jerky.
This model also features a digital controller which allows for 2 different choices of time and 2 temperature choices to control the dehydration process.
