The 14DB is a versatile and compact peeler ideal for kitchens and preparation rooms. The body is manufactured in stainless steel for easy cleaning; all other components in the peeling chamber are manufactured in corrosion resistant paint free aluminium. A full load of new potatoes can be prepared in one to two minutes and late season potatoes in three to four minutes.

Fine abrasive coating in the chamber ensures potatoes have a smoother surface when peeled and are perfect for roasting. Replaceable stainless steel abrasive liners and body ensures a corrosion resistant peeling chamber. Other features include a no-volt release system for operator safety, balanced, rotating plates allowing quiet operation.
