This versatile and robust twin fryer by Blue Seal is made from stainless steel which lasts long and is easy to clean, with a front rail to protect the operator and controls. Featuring a vitreous enamel control panel, with heavy-duty large capacity wire baskets and rugged basket hanger, there is also a full 1" drain valve and lift out elements for easy clean down.
