Independently controlled tanks give you the flexibility to cook a wide variety of foods without flavour transfer, whilst also helping you to reduce running costs during quieter hours. Powering down a tank helps to cut energy use by up to 8.5kW, therefore helping to save you money on energy bills in the long run.
