The IFS-40 uses cast iron tube fired burners, providing a large heat transfer area and fast recovery times, to become a staple in a busy kitchen. The snap acting thermostat provides temperatures of up to 204˚C, and the unique baffle and deflectors inside the tubes ensure heat is spread evenly throughout the fryer. Food quality is improved by the large cool zone, which traps food particles and prevents them from carbonising in the fry zone, reducing taste transfer. The IFS-40 also boasts two large nickel-plated wire mesh fry baskets and a stainless steel exterior to make cleaning quick and easy.
