Heating from the bottom bain-marie and the central halogen heating lamp. The unit is perfect for all wet foods such as vegetables, rice, soups and ready made dishes. The unit incorporates a 3/1GN bain marie which can hold 150mm containers. Features include 1 stainless steel tank, thermostat, draining device, halogen lamp, on/off switch, lighting switch and power on light.
