With its 6" touch screen controller, the Vizu BR2400CELPGST is very easy to use, and automatically resets itself back to its preset after each cook, reducing the chance of operator error.

This pressure fryer is fitted with an integral filter box and pump which sits beneath the pressure fryer. Once clean, the oil is then pumped back, reducing both oil and safety risks. Strong stainless steel construction makes the fryer easy to clean.
