The high-performance Sveba Dahlen P602 electric double deck pizza oven is specifically designed for demanding professional kitchens, delivering exceptional and evenly distributed heat for the very best pizza cooking results. With strong insulation and an energy-saving timer, the P602 reduces running costs whilst still providing a maximum baking temperature of up to 350°C.

The oven chambers feature three heating zones (upper, front, and lower heat), providing accurate and even heat dispersion. The thicker pizza stone base retains heat longer, ensuring a uniform, stone oven-baked pizza bottom for up to twelve 12" pizzas per deck. The spring-loaded top-hinged door provides easy access during demanding services.

With a heat-reflecting glass surface, the P602 maintains optimal efficiency whilst preventing heat escaping into the kitchen, promoting a more comfortable working environment. The oven only requires one ventilation duct, streamlining installation whilst the weekly timer ensures the oven is ready to go when the work shift begins.
