The powerful induction zones covers the full area of each zone - 280mm square and extends approximately 30mm above the surface of the vitro-ceramic plates, allowing you to work the food without losing heat. And at 4mm thick, the durable glass plate will support up to 20kg and is protected with a steel bar along its front.
