From a footprint of just 850 x 842mm, the iCombi Classic 6-1/1 offers a choice of steam, convection or combination modes along with capacity for up to six 1/1GN pans. Capable of cooking 30 to 100 meals a day, the Rational has a temperature range of 30°C to 130°C when steaming or up to 300°C as a convection or combi oven.

With five manually programmable speeds, the high-performance reversing fan circulates air evenly and efficiently around the cooking chamber, ensuring fast cooking times and consistently professional results.

An effective steam generator guarantees optimal performance in steam mode, even at low temperatures below 100°C, while ClimaPlus technology carries out active climate management to regulate humidity and produce hygienic, fresh steam.

Combination mode brings the benefits of steam and convection together, delivering short cooking times along with a reduction in shrinkage, appetising colours and the retention of nutrients and vitamins.

A digital display screen with push-button controls ensures easy use and allows you to save 100 cooking programs with up to 12 steps each. You can also choose from four automatic cleaning programs, maintaining hygiene levels and keeping the Rational iCombi Classic gas combi oven in top condition.
