And as the oven is fully gastronorm compatible, it can accommodate up to six 1/1 GN pans at once. This generous capacity, alongside powerful heating, allows the Rational combi oven to cook up to 100 meals per day, making it ideal for use in professional kitchens that require quality and efficiency in equal measure.

Able to store up to 100 recipes, the iCombi oven makes it easy for you to programme specific temperatures and timings to meet the needs of your most frequent menu items. And for added practicality, the 611E comes equip with four automatic cleaning cycles that remove the need for manual cleaning whilst ensuring that the combi oven is left free from oil, dirt and debris.
