The Prince Castle NCG8-TG MultiFlex contact grill gives you the power and precision to cook quick-serve food fast. With its combination of a flat base plate and ribbed top plate mounted parallel, you can cook food evenly, whilst still achieving "just grilled" branding lines which customers crave.

As each plate is independently controlled, the grill can also double as a compact griddle too, so you can cook chicken breast, bacon and much more - perfect for saving energy if you don't need to fire up your main griddle. The NCG8-TG is also easy to clean, thanks to the clever smooth design of the exterior and removable drip tray.
