The refrigeration components are powerful and efficient, leading to reduced internal humidity and accurate cooling control, even when ambient temperatures reach as high as 43°C - perfect for hot kitchens. 80mm thick wall panels with an innovative dovetail joining system helps to enhance efficiency further, whilst the self-closing door is highly secure as it closes flush within the panels - much harder to force open.

This model is 1.5 metres wide and has a depth of 1.8 metres, giving an overall gross capacity of 4483 litres.
