With a new streamlined design, the Mono doughnut fryer makes the entire user experience effortless. Its re-designed user-friendly controller is simple to use and features a digital timer to accurately control the frying time. The fryer can produce up to 500 finger, ball or ring doughnuts per hour, making it an excellent choice for any high demand site. The doughnut trays can hold up to 20 doughnuts per load, providing you with the flexibility to cook large batches.

The addition of draining boards means that when the doughnuts are fried they can be left to drain whilst the next tray is loaded into the oil - a quick, simple rotation to maximise production. The Mono doughnut fryer is also suitable for cooking traditional Greek Loukoumades doughnuts.
