Standing at just 45cm high, this 3-tray Compact oven can accommodate standard 60x40cm bakery trays, making it a great choice for bakeries and specialist restaurants. Control is easy too, thanks to a simple and intuitive LED control panel which is capable of storing up to 10 programmes.

And as the oven is fitted with a 13amp single phase plug, it can be plugged in and used immediately. The ovens are also stackable to provide additional baking capacity if required.
