Its 1kW radiant heating system gently cooks dishes overnight or during service, reducing shrinkage whilst preserving moisture and tenderness - perfect for slow-cooked meats or baked goods.

Designed for hassle-free operation, the digital controls of the CSD012E ensure consistent results, whilst the dual drawers provide cooking versatility (single temperature control for both drawers). With a 2x 1/1GN tray capacity, it's perfect for cafés, delis, and other smaller scale sites - and since it doesn't require an extraction canopy, installation is plug-and-play.
