The Mirror M650E is a heavy duty electric griddle designed for consistent performance in demanding commercial settings. Its 18mm thick chromed plate provides excellent heat retention across the 600x500mm cooking surface, whilst the six heating elements ensure even heat distribution and rapid recovery times. This makes it an ideal choice for fast food outlets, mobile catering vans and front-of-house applications where speed and reliability are essential.
Precise temperature control from 50°C to 300°C is managed by two independent thermostats, giving you the flexibility to cook different foods at once. For mess-free operation, the Mirror 650E griddle is fitted with side and rear splash guards to contain grease. Cleaning is made simple thanks to the removable grease drawer and the easy-clean 304 stainless steel body, whilst the height-adjustable legs ensure stable installation on any surface.
