Designed for high-demand commercial kitchens, the Mirror M1300E heavy duty electric griddle is a reliable choice for fast food outlets, mobile catering and front of house cooking. It features an expansive 1200x600mm cooking area on an 18mm thick, mirror-finish chrome plate. This surface provides excellent heat retention and distribution, ensuring consistent cooking results whilst also being easier to clean than standard steel plates.

Exceptional cooking performance is driven by 12 powerful heating elements, which guarantee even heat across the entire plate and rapid recovery times during busy service. For complete control and versatility, the griddle is fitted with four independent thermostats, adjustable from 50°C to 300°C. This allows you to create different temperature zones on the cooking surface, perfect for handling a varied menu.

Built with a durable, easy-clean 304 stainless steel body, the Mirror 1300E griddle is made to withstand the rigours of daily professional use. Practical features such as integrated side and rear splash guards help to contain mess, whilst a removable grease drawer simplifies end-of-service cleaning. For straightforward installation, the griddle also includes height-adjustable legs to ensure it remains stable on uneven floors.
