With a generous 900x500mm cooking area and nine powerful heating elements, you can count on consistent, even heat distribution for reliable cooking results every time.

Built for the demands of the professional kitchen, this griddle offers precise temperature management. Three independent thermostats allow you to set temperatures anywhere between 50°C and 300°C, creating separate cooking zones for different foods. The robust 304 stainless steel body is simple to maintain, whilst practical features like integrated splash guards and a removable grease drawer make end-of-service cleanup much easier. The height-adjustable legs ensure stable positioning on any surface.
