Lincat Silverlink 600 Fan Assisted Electric Oven V7/4

A fan assisted high powered heavy duty oven from Lincat has vitreous enamelled interior with radiused corners and removable side shelf supports for easy cleaning. Its side opening doors, with robust hinges and ball catch give it safe and easy access whilst creating better heat distribution resulting in reduced cooking times. It is able to support suitably sized Silverlink countertop units, such as boiling tops, bain maries, griddles and work tops. There is a rapid cool down feature included.
