The heavy duty Lincat Opus 800 Propane Gas Fryer Single Tank 600mm is specifically designed to cope with the everyday rigours of a busy commercial kitchen, a task demonstrated by its impressive heavy duty performance, excellent reliability, precise, accurate control, super fast recovery and simple operation. The durable stainless steel construction aids in easy cleaning. Pumped filtration means the oil can be filtered and the fryer ready to fry again in under 5 minutes, meaning oil can be filtered during or after service, even whilst hot, maximising oil life.
