The Lincat Opus 800 Electric Fryer Twin Tank 600mm is specifically designed to cope with the everyday rigours of a busy commercial kitchen. It's suited for its heavy duty performance, excellent reliability, accurate control, super fast recovery, simple operation and easy cleaning. Pumped filtration enables the oil to be filtered and the fryer is ready to fry again in under 5 minutes. This means oil can be filtered during or after service, even whilst hot, thereby maximising oil life.
