Designed to suit with Opus 800 series and available with Opus 800 stands and pedestals, the hob is suitable for any busy commercial kitchen, large pubs and restaurants, large hospitals, school canteens, care homes and high volume production kitchens. The hob features an automatic pan detection function which cuts power when no pan is present, preventing harm to users and saving energy at the same time.
