The Lincat Invoq CombiSlim combi oven is a superb choice when size matters. Small but effective, the Invoq provides the same great feature set as larger models, giving you exceptional flexibility, whilst significantly reducing the floor space needed - perfect for kitchens with limited space.

Measuring just 514mm wide and accommodating 10 full size (1/1 GN) gastronorm trays, the oven is perfect for front of house areas, as well as satellite kitchens, thanks to its high output to size ratio.

User-friendly operation is at the heart of the CombiSlim. Controlled using Android-based SmartTouch, an intuitive touch control display, the oven features SmartChef pre-set recipes, making everyday use simple and seamless for kitchen staff of all levels.

The CombiSlim also features steam injection, with CombiSmart humidity control, providing the ability to create cooking programmes with up 15 steps, and a rack timer that ensures accurate cooking for different items on different shelves.

After service, the CombiWash automatic cleaning system saves on staff time and operating costs through low consumption of energy, water, and detergent.
