The Lincat Silverlink 600 is a high quality grade stainless steel double free standing gas fryer, featuring a cool zone which collects cooking debris giving cleaner cooking results and prolonging oil life saving you money. It also has thermostatic controls with a fail-safe top temperature cut-out which ensures safe operation and a convenient pilot flame operation with piezo ignition.
