The GenWare Spike Meat Dish holds meat in place and prevents it from slipping while it is being carved. The perforation at the bottom allow the juices from the meat to flow into a separate pan and therefore prevents cross contamination. Made from a durable Stainless Steel construction, the dish is resistant to warping and shattering and therefore able to withstand the demands of busy commercial kitchens.
