The unique baffle and deflectors inside the tubes diffuse heat to the tube wall, ensuring heat is spread evenly. The unit boasts two large nickel-plated wire mesh fry baskets, and a large cool zone which captures food particles and prevents them from carbonising in the fry zone, reducing taste transfer and prolonging the lifespan of your oil. All of these features make this unit the ideal solution for a busy, high-demand kitchen environment, and cleaning isn't an issue at the end of the day, thanks to the easily cleaned stainless steel exterior.
