With the Imperial IFS-50-OP freestanding natural gas fryer you can choose to double the amount you produce per batch, or regulate your output by setting each basket in at different intervals, ensuring your customers are provided with the food they want, even during busy times.
The unit's large cool zone traps crumbs and other contaminants, extending your oil's life by preventing spoilage. The thermostat on the device is fast acting and has a minimal response time to ensure uniformity with every cook.
