Imperial Free Standing Natural Gas Fryer IFS-40-OP
The Imperial IFS-40-OP natural gas fryer lets you choose to either double the amount you produce per batch or regulate your output by setting each basket in at intervals, guaranteeing a constant flow of cooked foods to meet demand during peak hours.
A large cool zone is housed beneath the baskets to trap crumbs and other contaminants, extending your oil's life by preventing spoilage. The thermostat on the device is fast acting and has a minimal response time to ensure consistent high quality cooks with every fry.
