The TMS2-1H is Hatco's second generation high-speed salamander grill with electronic controls.

Using a gravity sensor and infrared technology, the optimum temperature is reached instantly and efficiently when food products are placed on the grill plate, ensuring reduced energy use and fantastic grilling performance. And as the elements are only powered on when needed, there's less residual heat, promoting a more comfortable working kitchen.

Suitable for positioning on a countertop or mounting on a wall, the grill is a great solution for warming or browning foods wherever it's needed.
