The RFG16 is a powerful single tank, 16 litre, fryer. It's ideal for fresh or frozen chips (30kg/hr fresh output). Includes slotted "fish plate".
Features: Safety tap for easy oil drainage; 180°C operating thermostat; additional safety thermostat; hinged control panel for direct maintenance access; heat resistant basket handle; Piezo ignition.
