Lincat Induction Hob IH21
The plug in, portable induction hob offers a high level of energy efficiency and a safe and comfortable working environment. Made from stainless steel with a high impact resistant glass ceramic surface, this hob is as easy to clean as it is to cook with. Twin zones with high power deliver almost twice as much cooking power as a similar gas hob. The pan detection function cuts power to the surface when no pan is present, preventing harm to utensils and users as well as saving energy.
