The G9042 features 2 high powered 9.5kW burners with removable cap for ease of cleaning. The deep drawn pressed wells in the one piece hob contain spillages and wide raised corners prevent grease and grime build up and are easy to clean and keep clean. Two individual cast iron pan supports and 2mm thick 304 culinary grade stainless steel construction provide robustness and longevity. The laser cut hob enables edge to edge joining of equipment, providing the benefits of a cooking suite with the advantages of separate units.
