Falcon F900 Chromed Steel 800mm Griddle E9581CR

From pancakes and eggs to steaks and chicken, the electric E9581CR chrome griddle plate is ideal. This model has two 4.4kW burners, an 18mm thick griddle plate, is thermostatically-controlled and has a temperature range of 90-270°C. The plate is completely surrounded by a grease trough which, along with a removable grease collection area makes the E9581CR easy to clean. The chrome plate is incredibly easy to clean, emits very little heat and would look great in any front of house situation. The chrome plate is particularly good at producing food items such as pancakes, drop scones etc. The hob is constructed from 2mm 304 grade stainless steel and laser cut with right angled edges to allow the joining of units with no gaps via the Dynamic Link System (DLS)*. It is also IPX5 rated, for ease of cleaning.
