The G31225 chargrill has 12 heavy duty, double sided cast iron brander bars, 4 cast iron burners and radiants that deliver controllable, constant heat, an extended cooking area and variable burner control to help reduce energy consumption. The advanced design provides optimum heat transfer and distribution, ensuring even cooking across the large grilling surface and enabling you to produce succulent, perfectly branded food.
