From the award-winning Dominator Series, the Chargrill Brewery from Falcon is designed to provide unparalleled function and practicality for busy commercial catering outlets. Two independent burners allow for each half of the chargrill to be cooked separately, which is great if you require varying temperatures for different foods. The heavy-duty cast iron radiants then protect burners and provide even heat to branders, cancelling the need for any messy coal or lava rock. Made from tough stainless steel, it can go from 0°C to +350°C in 60 minutes, with the front-mounted removable jugs collecting any run-off fat and oil, making cleaning quick and easy.
