With two independent cooking tanks and a combined output of up to 34kg of chips every hour, the Falcon G3845F natural gas fryer is a great choice for high demand sites. It's an incredibly flexible fryer, allowing you to cook foods completely separately to prevent flavour transfer or allergen cross-contamination. Independent control also helps you to save energy during quieter hours too, as only one tank can be fired if needed. When the oil is spent, each tank can be filtered independently too, making the Falcon simple to clean and maintain.
