Each of the pan has a generous 10Ltr capacity, providing an output of up to 25kg of chips per pan, per hour. What sets the E3845F2 apart is its built-in filtration system, which extends the lifespan of your oil by removing food particles, ensuring cleaner, longer-lasting oil and better tasting food. Filtration is fast and easy, and can even be completed mid-service if required.
