Need a more intense flame? Activate the boost function to temporarily ramp up an individual heat zone's power rating to 3kW. A digital display on the top of the E161i shows each zone's setting, ensuring easy monitoring and adjustments.

With built-in pan detection, the E161i's induction hob eliminates energy wastage when a pot is absent, even if the heat zone is on. Temperature is precisely controllable, allowing you to change from gentle simmer to high-heat boil almost instantly. Each 250mm heat zone rests upon a robust 6mm toughened glass surface, which is easy to wipe clean.

The 2/1 GN fan-assisted oven boasts twin doors with glass panels and two internal oven lights, so you can easily monitor the cooking progress. With a temperature range of 100°C - 250°C and five adjustable shelf positions (two shelves included), this One Series Induction Range provides greater flexibility when cooking.
