With high output, fast recovery time and easy to clean design, the Dominator Plus G3860 twin basket fryer ensures you are able to produce fantastic fried food each and every time. It comes supplied with a fish grid and an integral dust and debris cover supplied as standard and piezo ignition for simple lighting. The fryer has an oil capacity of 24 litres and can produce up to 54kg of perfectly fried chips (14mm, chilled and pre-blanched) per hour.
