The Convotherm Maxx Pro 20.20 EB easyDial combi oven is a superbly reliable 40 x 1/1GN capacity freestanding combi, designed to deliver exceptional cooking results for mixed and batch loading. With three cooking modes, the Maxx Pro impresses with its huge flexibility in performance, providing speed and high output in busy professional kitchens.

Fitted with a disappearing door, the oven is perfect for kitchens with limited space, neatly sliding away to the side when opened and allowing kitchen staff more room to move. As the name suggests, operation of the easyDial combi oven is effortless too. The responsive system ensures all inputs and additional functions are set on a single level and are always visible, making it especially useful for reducing training times.

The Convotherm Maxx Pro also features advanced automatic cooking and baking, with quick-select keys for mixed loads and batch cooking. It's easy to clean, thanks to the fully automatic ConvoClean system which automates the most time-consuming cleaning tasks.

This model has a built-in electric boiler for steam generation.
